The Smarter Web Company placed 1.337 million ordinary shares, raising approximately £1.1858 million

The Smarter Web Company, a UK-listed company, announced that it has placed 1,337,000 ordinary shares under its subscription agreement, announced on September 4, 2025, raising a total of £1,185,771.81, equivalent to approximately £0.89 per share. Approximately 97% of the proceeds will be settled early this week. The remaining outstanding shares are 13,878,000.
