The Base app stated on the X platform that as part of a comprehensive Coinbase upgrade at 7:00 AM Pacific Time on October 25 (10:00 PM Beijing Time on October 25, 2025), several Coinbase platform features within the Base app will be temporarily unavailable for approximately four hours. These include: staking and unstaking assets, using a Coinbase account to fund on-chain transactions, purchasing cryptocurrencies with Coinbase Pay, and withdrawing funds from a Coinbase account.
