Web3 infrastructure provider Entry completes $1 million in Pre-Seed funding

Web3 infrastructure provider Entry announced the completion of a $1 million Pre-Seed funding round led by Modern Niagara, with participation from Qrecendo and Perrfin. The funding, which combines equity and Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT) elements, has a seed FDV of approximately $25 million and a TGE of approximately $50 million.
