South Korean company BDACS will issue the Korean won stablecoin KRW1 on Circle's Arc blockchain.

BDACS, a digital asset infrastructure company, announced plans to issue KRW1, a South Korean won stablecoin, on Circle's new Arc blockchain. To advance the project, BDACS and Circle have signed a memorandum of understanding and established a collaborative mechanism. BDACS has also completed trademark registration for KRW1, aiming for December 2023.
