BNB Chain announced on its X platform that the Fermi hard fork version is now available for the BSC network. This upgrade reduces the block interval from 750 milliseconds to 450 milliseconds to improve transaction efficiency, network throughput, and overall performance. The testnet is scheduled to activate at 02:25 AM (UTC) on November 10, 2025; the activation time for the mainnet is yet to be determined and will be decided after stress testing is completed.
