A whale/institution that shorted 66,000 ETH for a profit of $23.31 million appears to have switched from shorting to going long and buying the dip in ETH. Just an hour and a half ago, after transferring 91.2 million USDC to Binance, they withdrew 110,000 ETH ($386 million) from Binance. If we include the 64,000 ETH they previously repaid from their short position, they have withdrawn a total of 174,144 ETH ($621 million) from Binance in the past day.
