Canaan Technology receives $72 million in strategic investment from Brevan Howard, Galaxy Digital, and others.

Canaan will issue approximately 63.7 million American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a price of US$1.131 per share, without involving options, warrants, or other derivatives. The transaction is expected to close on November 6.
