Stablecoin issuer Tether announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Vietnam, to promote the development of digital infrastructure and innovative governance models in Da Nang. According to the MoU, Tether and Da Nang will jointly research and develop a mechanism to support the integration of blockchain, digital assets, and peer-to-peer technologies. This move will draw on international best practices to advance transparent, efficient, and resilient digital governance solutions.
