Cipher issues $1.4 billion in high-yield bonds to fund Google-related data center construction.

According to Bloomberg, Cipher Mining has raised $1.4 billion through high-yield debt to build a data center affiliated with Google. The company's subsidiary issued five-year senior secured notes, non-callable for the first two years, with a yield of 7.125%. Morgan Stanley is the sole lead underwriter.
