The draft bill in the U.S. Senate is still pending review, and the review process may be postponed until December.

To get the government back in operation before the Senate adjourns next week, the Senate may hold an extra session this weekend to push for reform. The sooner the government reopens, the sooner the Senate Banking Committee and Agriculture Committee can plan amendment dates for their respective market structure bills, provided they obtain the bill texts.
