The acting chairman of the US CFTC confirmed that efforts will be made to promote the launch of leveraged spot cryptocurrency trading on regulated exchanges.

Acting Chair Caroline Pham of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) confirmed that the agency is in direct talks with regulated exchanges about leveraged spot cryptocurrency trading products, which could be launched as early as next month.
