CoinFeed reported on November 13 that, according to an announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong-listed company Domain Energy Holdings announced that it has signed a purchase agreement with HKVAX, a licensed virtual asset exchange in Hong Kong, to acquire approximately 5.56% of the company's issued share capital for HK$100 million, including HK$24 million in cash and the remaining HK$76 million to be paid through the issuance of three-year zero-coupon convertible bonds at a conversion price of HK$2.5.
