Cryptocurrency payments company MoonPay Inc. will begin issuing and managing stablecoins on behalf of its clients. Zach Kwartler, MoonPay's newly appointed head of stablecoin business, said in an interview that the New York-based company will leverage its existing money transfer license to offer the service across the United States.
