Hourglass announced the completion of Phase 2 of its Stable Vault deposit program, with over 10,000 verified wallets contributing $1.1 billion in deposits. Funds will be allocated proportionally, with a minimum guaranteed deposit of $1,000. Approximately 45% of any excess funds will be allocated, and the remaining 55% will be refunded next week.
