According to a WLFI announcement, prior to the platform's official launch, some user wallets were compromised due to phishing attacks or leaked mnemonic phrases. The team has developed new contract logic that allows assets to be redistributed to a secure new wallet after KYC verification is completed. Wallets that have not submitted an application or failed verification will remain frozen, and users can still initiate the recovery process through the customer service center.
