Metaplanet will issue $150 million in Class B perpetual preferred stock to increase its Bitcoin holdings.

Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced that it will issue $150 million worth of Class B perpetual preferred shares called "MERCURY," which will have a fixed annual dividend of 4.9% and a conversion price of 1,000 yen. The proceeds will be used to continue acquiring Bitcoin.
