International Business Digital Technology (01782.HK) announced that on November 20, 2025, the company intends to place up to 28 million placement shares through a placement agent at HK$3.60 per placement share, representing a discount of approximately 8.86% to the closing price of HK$3.95 per share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on the date of the placement agreement.
