Binance is embroiled in another lawsuit, facing a lawsuit from a Hamas attack victim.

According to Reuters, 306 U.S. victims and their families of the 2023 Hamas attacks on Israel have filed a lawsuit in a North Dakota federal court against Binance and its founder, Changpeng Zhao, accusing him of assisting Hamas and other terrorist organizations in handling more than $1 billion in funds, including more than $50 million that remained in circulation after the attacks.
