The SEC Investor Advisory Committee held an online meeting on December 4 to discuss corporate governance and stock tokenization.

The conference will feature two sessions: Changes in corporate governance regulations and the issuance, trading, and settlement mechanisms of stock tokenization under the existing regulatory framework.
