Pruv Finance has raised $3 million in Pre-A funding to build a compliant and liquid on-chain RWA distribution infrastructure.

Led by UOB Venture Management, with participation from Saison Capital, Taisu Ventures, Ascent, Spiral Ventures, and Royal Group, Pruv claims to be the first digital finance platform to receive approval from Indonesia's OJK regulatory sandbox, resolving the "compliance and liquidity" conflict in RWA, supporting asset lock-up without whitelists, free cross-chain transfer, and native compatibility with DeFi.
