CleanSpark: Revenue doubles to $766 million in fiscal year 2025, with net profit reaching $365 million.

Publicly listed Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark reported revenue of $766 million for fiscal year 2025 (ending September 30), a 102% increase year-over-year, and net profit of $365 million, reversing a loss of $146 million last year. CleanSpark holds over 13,000 Bitcoins and completed a $1.15 billion convertible bond financing round during the year, with some of the funds used for share buybacks and to support the expansion of its AI infrastructure.
