The World Federation of Exchanges is urging the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) not to allow crypto companies to "bypass" the rules.

In a letter to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) this week, the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) stated that the regulator's proposed plan to allow crypto companies to sell "tokenized" shares without regulation could harm investors' interests.
