Gleec acquires Komodo's cross-chain DeFi stack for $23.5 million

Digital asset platform Gleec announced the acquisition of the entire Komodo platform ecosystem for $23.5 million, bringing one of the earliest atomic swap and cross-chain technology stacks in the cryptocurrency space into the fold of a licensed financial services provider. This acquisition encompasses Komodo's brand, technology suite, token infrastructure, and core development team, giving Gleec full control of a system that already powers some of its DEXs and accelerating integration with its crypto debit cards, Virtual International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs), and fiat currency deposit and withdrawal gateways.
