Parataxis has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in South Korea's Sinsiway for $27 million and establish an Ethereum vault.

Digital asset investment firm Parataxis Holdings announced that it has agreed to acquire a majority stake in South Korean data security company Sinsiway (290560) for 40 billion won (approximately US$27.3 million) and transform it into a publicly listed Ethereum asset management company.
