Bhutan issues gold-backed digital token TER on the Solana blockchain

Bhutan is expanding its national blockchain strategy with a gold-backed digital token issued by the Gelephu Mindfulness City, a special administrative region of the country, and backed by the Kingdom’s sovereign framework.
