Ethereum Foundation: BPO-1 is now activated, increasing the blob size per block to 15.

The Ethereum Foundation announced on the X platform that BPO-1 has recently been activated, increasing the blob capacity per block to 15. This adds usable space to the L2 network on Ethereum without requiring a hard fork. BPO-2, launching in January, will further expand the capacity.
