CryptoQuant: ETH price nears whale holding costs

According to CryptoQuant analyst OnChain, Ethereum's price has come close to the average cost price of whales holding at least 100,000 ETH only four times in the past five years. Two of these occurred during the 2022 bear market, and the other two this year. The current ETH price is once again approaching this level.
