The UK Treasury plans to develop crypto regulatory rules, to be implemented from 2027.

According to The Guardian, the UK Treasury is developing new rules that will bring cryptocurrencies under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory framework from 2027, regulating them in the same way as other financial products.
