Crypto bank Anchorage has acquired Securitize's wealth management division.

Anchorage Digital, the first federally chartered crypto bank in the United States, has acquired Securitize For Advisors, the wealth management arm of tokenization company Securitize. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
