Caroline Pham, acting chair of the U.S. CFTC, will join MoonPay as chief legal and administrative officer.

Acting Chair Caroline Pham of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will move to a new position at crypto finance company MoonPay after her term at the CFTC ends. Pham had previously stated that she planned to leave the CFTC once a new chair was confirmed.
