AI scientist Yann LeCun plans to raise €500 million for his new AI startup, targeting a valuation of €3 billion.

Yann LeCun, former chief AI scientist at Meta and Turing Award winner, is planning to launch a new company, Advanced Machine Intelligence Labs (AMI Labs), scheduled for January 2026. He is currently in preliminary negotiations for a €500 million funding round with a target valuation of €3 billion. Nabla founder Alex LeBrun will serve as CEO, and a strategic research partnership has been established with AMI.
