The proposal regarding the ownership of Aave's brand assets was rejected, with over 55% of the votes against it.

The ARFC proposal to formally transfer Aave brand assets (domain names, social media accounts, naming rights, etc.) to the DAO was voted on on December 26 and ultimately failed to pass. There were 994,800 votes against it (accounting for 55.29%), only 63,000 votes in favor, and 41.21% abstained.
