On December 19th, Robo.ai, a Dubai-based technology company, announced that it had formally submitted materials to the interim administrator of Jiyue Auto, applying to participate in the selection of strategic investors for its pre-restructuring. This technology company, Robo.ai, has completed its name change, built a token payment system, integrated with digital banks, and ventured into the aircraft and new energy vehicle industries within just four months.
