Sonic Labs extends the maturity of bonds linked to SonicStrategy to advance its Nasdaq listing process.

If a Nasdaq listing is not achieved, the tokens will be returned and burned. Due to the cooling market, the bond term has been extended by three years. SonicStrategy has raised $9 million and has never sold any S tokens.
