Grayscale has submitted a preliminary application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a Bittensor Trust ETF, codenamed GTAO.

Grayscale Investments has filed a registration statement with the SEC to launch GTAO, a trust product focused on Bittensor, which aims to provide investors with a regulated channel for investing in TAOs and may become the first TAO ETP in the United States.
