Binance updates funding rate and settlement frequency for USDT-based perpetual contracts.

Binance announced that starting in 2026, if the funding rate for USDT-margined perpetual contracts falls below 0.025% for 16 consecutive periods, the settlement frequency will be restored from hourly to every four hours to optimize the trading experience.
