Colombia has called for a meeting of the United Nations and regional organizations to discuss the situation in Venezuela.

Colombia has requested an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council on the 5th and proposed a special meeting of the Standing Council of the Organization of American States to address the impact of the changing situation in Venezuela on regional stability.
