Jito releases IBRL Explorer, revealing Solana block building behavior and quantifying validator performance.

The tool discovered widespread "late packing" and "slot timing games" behaviors in the Solana network, which affect state propagation efficiency, increase latency, and weaken network stability. IBRL Explorer generates an IBRL score for each validator through three scoring mechanisms: Slot Time, Vote Packing, and Non-Vote Packing, in order to improve block building quality and network performance.
