Telegram has fewer than 100 full-time employees, and its IPO plans have been stalled due to a lawsuit in France.

In the first half of 2025, revenue reached $870 million, with nearly one-third (about $300 million) of revenue coming from "exclusivity agreements" related to Toncoin. Advertising revenue reached $125 million, and paid subscription revenue reached $223 million, an increase of 88% year-on-year.
