Bitcoin Core warns of a potential financial loss vulnerability during wallet migrations between versions 30.0 and 30.1.

This only affects the legacy wallet migration process; regular use and existing wallets are unaffected. The official fix for this vulnerability is in version 30.2; please do not perform wallet migrations until then.
