The People's Bank of China has increased its gold reserves for the 14th consecutive month.

China's gold reserves stood at 74.15 million ounces (approximately 2,306.323 tons) at the end of December, an increase of 30,000 ounces (approximately 0.93 tons) month-on-month, marking the 14th consecutive month of increased gold holdings.
