Coincheck plans to acquire approximately 97% of Canadian asset management company 3iQ, valuing the latter at approximately $112 million.

Coincheck Group NV, the holding company of Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Coincheck, announced that it has signed a share purchase agreement with its major shareholder, Monex Group Co., Ltd., to acquire approximately 97% beneficial ownership of digital asset management company 3iQ Corp. (headquartered in Ontario, Canada).
