A group of smart money investors have re-entered the ETH market after a two-week hiatus, withdrawing approximately $3.5 million worth of ETH from Binance.

On-chain analyst monitoring shows that smart money has re-established a position in ETH after two weeks, withdrawing 1,139 ETH worth $3.5 million from Binance, after previously making a profit of $807,000 from swing trading.
