The US CFTC is reorganizing its Innovation Committee, with several prominent figures in the crypto industry among its first members.

Mike Selig, the newly appointed chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), issued a statement on Monday saying that he is currently reorganizing the agency's advisory group and re-establishing an innovation committee. The core team of the committee will initially consist of a group of cryptocurrency industry professionals.
