The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 1.76%, the S&P 500 down 2.06%, and the Nasdaq Composite down 2.39%. Among the top performers, COIN (Coinbase) fell 5.57%; MSTR (Strategy) fell 7.76%; and CRCL (Circle) fell 7.52%.
