Thailand's SEC plans to introduce regulatory rules for cryptocurrency ETFs and futures this year.

Formal guidelines for crypto ETFs are expected to be released this year, making it easier for investors to allocate related assets without having to manage their own wallets. The guidelines also suggest that crypto assets be treated as "another asset class" with a maximum allocation of 5% in a diversified portfolio.
