A hacker who flaunted his $23 million wallet is accused of involvement in a $90 million theft of a US government property.

A hacker using the pseudonym "John (online name Lick)" was found to be flaunting a wallet address containing $23 million, which was directly linked to more than $90 million stolen from the U.S. government in 2024, as well as the assets of several other unidentified victims between November and December 2025.
