A highly leveraged trader suffered a loss of over $1.5 million after his long ETH positions were liquidated.

CoinFeed reported on March 4th that, according to Lookonchain, a trader with the address 0xA5e4 had their long ETH position liquidated, losing approximately $1.53 million in less than 20 hours. On-chain data shows that the address received 1.7 million USDC approximately 19 hours prior and opened a long position of 15,457 ETH worth approximately $31 million. Subsequently, due to ETH price fluctuations, the position was partially liquidated, and the account currently holds only approximately 171,000 USDC.
