He retweeted a conversation with John D’agostino, noting that even during a “downturn” of price volatility and fluctuating sentiment, the underlying “payment and settlement track” continues to improve, including faster settlement speeds, deeper institutional adoption, and clearer framework development. John pointed out that despite market turmoil, the overall crypto ecosystem remains “robust.”
