Circle: Nanopayments is now live on the testnet and supports sending very small USDC transactions.

CoinFeed reported on March 4 that stablecoin issuer Circle announced that its ultra-micropayment service "Nanopayments" is now online on the testnet, supporting sending ultra-micro USDC transactions as low as $0.000001, with zero gas fees and support for AI agents.
